About EcoDistricts Membership

Q: Is my financial contribution secure?

A: Yes. Your payment information will be encrypted and sent securely to the EcoDistricts payment gateway. To protect your security, EcoDistricts retains no payment information on file on behalf of our customers and donors.

Q: Is my membership and/or donation tax-deductible?

A: As EcoDistricts is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, membership contributions and donations are tax-deductible within the guidelines of United States law, but do not include the amount of specific membership-level benefits. All members have the option to decline their benefits.

Q: Do I get a receipt?

A: Yes. A receipt will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. In addition, a formal contribution letter will also be mailed to the billing address you provided at checkout as your official record to claim your contribution as a deduction on your taxes. Q: May I sign up for membership by check or over the phone instead of online?

A: Sure you can! Please contact our Membership Team by email or at 503-863-2562 to arrange to sign up for membership by check or to provide your payment information over the phone.

Q: How do I sign up for nonprofit rate membership?

A: EcoDistricts offers discounted membership pricing for organizations registered as 501(c)3 status. Please contact our Membership Team by email or at 503-863-2562 to discuss our nonprofit membership rates.

Q: Can I change or cancel my membership?

A: Please contact our Membership Team by email or at 503-863-2562 to make any changes to your membership status or level.
